Specialized with the research works in the field of molecular biology. Familiar with mammalian and bacterial cell culture, transformation, transfection, electrophoresis, membrane fraction preparation, protein assay, polymerase chain reaction, DNA mutation, DNA sequencing, western blot technique, radioligand binding etc. Current research is in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology, formulation development of different dosage form like different types of tablets, capsules, gastro-retentive film etc. Research involvement also on isolation of biological active compounds from different medicinal plants.
