15)  In July, 1996 attended the month long study session on Economic, Social and Cultural rights organized by the international Institute of Human Rights (II HR) Strasbourg, France, under a fellowship from the European Union.

16)  In July, 1996, concurrently with the II HR study session, attended the International Center for University Human Rights Teaching (CiedhU) programme offered by the Institute.
