Timing of the office of the Controller of Examinations

Application form for Transcript, Provisional Certificate, Original Certificate, Semester Grade Sheet, and any other issues

  • Office Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

  • special timing during Ramadan: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

  • For delivery

Transcript, Provisional Certificate, Original Certificate, and Semester Grade Sheet(s)

  • Office Time: 3:30 pm to 5:00pm

  • special timing during Ramadan: 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm

  • No service is available without ID card.
