Program: Bachelor of Architecture

Minimum GPA requirements

Total GPA in SSC & HSC = 7.0,
Total GPA in O & A level=7.0 
(Candidates with minimum GPA of 2.5 in five subjects in O level and two subjects in A level).

Subject requirements

Students must have Science background & skill in free hand drawing

Program: B.Sc. Engg. in Civil
Program: B.Sc. Engg. in CSE

Minimum GPA requirements

Total GPA in SSC & HSC = 7.50 
Total GPA in O & A level=7.50
(Candidates with minimum GPA of 2.5 in five subjects in O level and two subjects in A level).

Subject requirements

Students must have Physics, Mathematics in HSC (or equivalent) and Chemistry either in SSC or HSC (or equivalent).

Program: B.Sc. Engg. in EEE

Minimum GPA requirements

Total GPA in SSC & HSC = 6.00 
(with minimum GPA 2.5 in SSC (or equivalent) and HSC (or equivalent)
or
Total GPA in O & A level = 6.00 (with minimum GPA of 2.5 in five subjects in O level and two subjects in A level).

Subject requirements

Students must have Physics, Mathematics in HSC (or equivalent) and Chemistry either in SSC or HSC (or equivalent).

Diploma students may apply for admission test provided that they have a diploma in Electrical Technology or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 2.50 in Diploma and minimum GPA of 2.50 in SSC (or equivalent).

Program: Bachelor of Business Administration
Program: B.A (Hons) in English
Program: LL.B. (Hon's)

Minimum GPA requirements

Total GPA in SSC & HSC = 6.0
Total GPA in O & A level=6.0
(Candidates with minimum GPA of 2.5 in five subjects in O level and two subjects in A level).

Subject requirements

Students from any discipline can apply. Students will be assessed on English, General Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge.

Program: Bachelor of Pharmacy

Minimum GPA requirements

Total GPA in SSC & HSC = 8.0
Total GPA in O & A level=8.0
Candidate must pass SSC/ "O" level or recognized equivalents and HSC/ "A" level or recognized equivalents in Science Group and obtain a minimum GPA 3.0 (in a scale of 5) without any additional subject.

Subject requirements

Students must have Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry in HSC or equivalent exam. Candidate must pass HSC/A level or recognized equivalent examination with a minimum GPA 3.0 in Chemistry and Biology separately and a minimum GPA 2.0 in Mathematics (in a scale of 5).

Special Notes

 

Admit Card: Applicants are requested to come to UAP admission office to collect the admit card.

Admission notice/ test schedules are available at the UAP admission office during office hours. These are also available online in our website. Check Exam button below.

For Diploma students: Diploma students may apply for admission provided that they have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and they can apply for their respective department only( i.e A diploma student of CE can apply only in CE department.)

For H.S.C. appeared candidates (result not published yet): H.S.C. appeared candidates with GPA of 4.00 and above in SSC are eligible to apply for the admission test. However, they will be allowed to take admission upon furnishing HSC results which should meet the minimum requirements for admission in the respective program.

For students with Study Gap: Study gap of maximum 2 years after HSC examination will be accepted (except Pharmacy department) and study gap of maximum 1 year after HSC examination will be accepted for Pharmacy.

Please be informed that if any deviation found between the information provided and original documents, your admission will be canceled even though you are selected in the admission test.

Program: MBA & EMBA

SSC, HSC, Graduation & other requirements

Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination

For EMBA, the applicant must have minimum three years job experience after Graduations.

Viva voce & Admission with the approval of the Cocoordinator of MBA & EMBA Program

Program: MSc in Civil Engg

SSC, HSC & Graduation requirements

One 1st class/ 1st Division
50% Marks or CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 in B. Sc Engineering
Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination

Applicant must be a Graduate of Civil for applying in Masters in Civil Engineerring.

Admission test/ Viva voce

Admission with the approval of the Co-coordinator of M. CE Program

One 1st class/ 1st Division

Students must have minimum CGPA-2.5 in SSC/Equivalent HSC/Equivalent and Honors/Equivalent. For applying in M. Pharm, the applicant must have minimum CGPA-2.75 in B. Pharm.
