Club Fair, Fall 2019
The Directorate of Students' Welfare (DSW), University of Asia Pacific (UAP) organized a day-long Club Fair, Fall 2019 at UAP Plaza on October 31, 2019, in association with Bank Asia Ltd. The aim of the Fair was to attract and encourage the newly admitted students to join club activities of their choice and enliven their university life. Central clubs, along with Socio Counseling Centre, UAP exhibited their accomplishments and activities before the newly admitted students. National Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice-Chancellor, UAP, and Mr. Monzoor Ahmed Chowdhury, Chairman, Board of Trustees jointly inaugurated the fair, while Mr. Mohammad Borhanuddin, MD (Current in-charge), Bank Asia Ltd. was present as a special guest. In his speech, the Vice-Chancellor asked the students to get involved with co-curricular activities. Hundreds of enthusiastic students came to visit and chose the clubs of their interest. Mr. Monzoor Ahmed Chowdhury reaffirmed the support of the BOT for all kinds of co-curricular activities among the students.
In the fair, certificates were awarded to the ten committed and enthusiastic volunteers for their voluntary services in organizing various co-curricular activities of the university. Chairman, BOT, UAP, and Vice-Chancellor, UAP distributed the certificates. Among others, Air Cdre (Retd.) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Director, DSW; heads of different departments; Mr. Sarwar R. Chowdhury, Registrar; club advisers and faculty members were present at the fair.
Club Fair, Spring 2019

The aim of the Fair was to attract and encourage the newly admitted students to join club activities of their choice and enliven their university life.
Fifteen central clubs, along with Socio Counseling Centre, UAP exhibited their accomplishments and activities before the newly admitted students. The aim was to attract and encourage newly admitted students to join club activities of their choice and enliven their university life. Fifteen central clubs exhibited their accomplishments and activities before the newly admitted students. All the club advisers and their volunteers took keen interest and tastefully decorated their individual stalls.

The Vice-Chancellor, in his speech, emphasized the importance of co-curricular activities and explained how getting involved in club activities would help the students to grow up as a well-rounded citizen. Hundreds of enthusiastic students came to visit and choose the clubs of their interest. Among others, Air Cdre Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Director, DSW, Heads of different Departments, Mr. Sarwar R. Chowdhury, Registrar, Club Advisers, and Faculty Members were present at the fair.

Spring 2018
The Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW), UAP organized a day-long Club Fair, Spring 2018 at UAP Plaza on Monday, April 23, 2018. Fifteen central clubs along with Socio Counseling Center, DSW displayed their accomplishments and activities before the newly admitted students. Prof. Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice-Chancellor, and Mr. Monzoor Ahmed Chowdhury, Chairman, BOT, UAP jointly inaugurated the fair. In his speech, the VC appreciated the efforts of the clubs and DSW for the expansion of the co-curricular activity during the last two semesters.
 
The VC urged the students to get further involved in club activities. He asked DSW to explore the possibilities of arranging Karate and Judo classes for the students. Chairman BOT in his speech promised continued support of the BOT for co-curricular activities of the students. Students, in large numbers, came to visit and enlist themselves in different clubs.

Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Director, DSW, Mr. Sarwar R. Chowdhury, Registrar, Mr. Md. Tarek Khan, Assistant Director, DSW, advisers of different clubs, and faculty members of UAP were present at the fair.

In his speech, Prof. Choudhury encouraged the students to get involved in co-curricular activities. Hundreds of enthusiastic students came to visit and choose the clubs of their interest.

Spring 2017
The Directorate of Student Welfare (DSW), University of Asia Pacific (UAP) organized a daylong program to celebrate Club Fair at UAP Plaza on April 24, 2017. In this event, all the clubs of UAP aim to collaborate and be united to welcome the newly admitted students and showcase their uniqueness by displaying their achievements and activities.
Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice-Chancellor, UAP inaugurated the fair. In his speech, Professor Choudhury inspired the students to get involved in club activities.
Hundreds of highly spirited students came to visit and choose the clubs of their interest. Among others, Qayum Reza Chowdhury, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Air Commodore Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer, and Director of DSW, Sarwar R Chowdhury, Registrar, and conveners 14 clubs and its associated faculty members were present at the fair.
